1.1 Product purchasing
1.1.1 Eligibility: The condition is the item must meet to be eligible for a return or Exchange, such as
being unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. And tag lock must be unbroken.
1.1.2 Cancellations made under 7 days, 100% refund of the total purchase amount will be credited in
form of points to your profile for your next purchase.
1.1.3 No cash refunds will be provided for cancellations of your purchase.
1.1.4 Product will be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
1.2 Refund Processing
Points will be credited in your account within 1-7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
The refunded amount will be credited to the user’s profile for their next purchase. Please note that
processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that there may be instances where goods purchases may need to be cancelled. The
following policies apply to cancellations made either by the client or MODISHSTAR:
2.1 Purchase Cancellations by the Client, Clients are responsible for initiating the cancellation of any
purchase. Please refer to section 1.1 for refund eligibility.
2.2 Purchase Cancellations by MODISHSTAR.
2.2.1 Unforeseen Circumstances: MODISHSTAR reserves the right to cancel any purchase due to
unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, safety concerns, government
restrictions, or insufficient stock. In such cases, affected customers will have the option to either
repurchase the product or receive a full refund of the amount paid in the form of points.
